"This property feels like a scam. The room is extremely unclean and no basic amenities. Lots of stains on the sheets and curtains. The host was incredibly rude and dishonest, I had to call the police to sort out the money refund issue."

"The arrival is at Natali Inn, the hotel that was booked with the views and the location, which was the reason for choosing the hotel. But from that location they transfer you to another location and a hotel called Natali Boutique Hotel. That shouldn't be called a hotel. I all may travels this is the first time that I rate a place poor.
I know it's not going to happen but a refund is deserved."

10/10 Excellent
Guesthouse Gio was the best place we stayed in Georgia and one the best travel experiences we've ever had. Tina and Irina are the kindest and most hospitable hosts one could imagine and they made our stay in Mestia truly special. We highly recommend staying here, and the longer the better! Tina is a wonderful cook and breakfast portions were beyond generous. In addition to suggesting things to do and places to eat in Mestia, Tina was also tremendously helpful in arranging a day trip to Ushguli...
