"Felt similar to staying in a dorm room. No decorations hardly. Blank slate room. Bathroom heater didn’t work. Cob webs in corners. Hot water intermittent. Front desk was very nice though. "

"This property is older than some, but very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the fact that it is right by the river is an added bonus. The sitting area outside by the river with the hot tub is peaceful and relaxing. The hairdryer in my room did not work, and there was no soap in the shower. Also, the TV was very confusing to operate. In spite of these things I loved staying there and would again."

"Loved the location- right on the river. Clean and comfortable. Had a great time in Telluride!"

"No complaints, except parking is limited. All was great."

"The room was very clean and the view is awesome. the king bed was comfortable but the bunk bed has legs that rest directly on the floor so it was hard for the family member with me who had to sleep on the bottom bunk. Also, the room could use a chair. We used a collapsible one that we brought to sit in at an outdoor concert. The other factor is that Telluride is having a very hot, dry summer and there is no A/C in the lodge common areas or individual rooms. Telluride is an exciting place...

"We loved Bear Creek Lodge! Good value for the area and convenient to the free gondola. Only thing was that hotels.com says parking is free, but it's $25/night."

"Paid for parking in a mud lot. Not even on property Just another to nickel and dime ya"
