"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). The duvet covers also had some mysterious stains on them, and the whole place smelt...

"Nice property with ski lodge charm. Good size 2 bedroom accommodation for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers). "

"On arrival I was made to feel very welcome. There was a lift to my second floor room. The room was fitted out to very high standards. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. "

"The property itself is a little dated but the staff were fantastic. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and friendly. Big thanks to Josh, Lily, Noa and the team!"

"They were helpful kind and fun to meet They were quite accommodating as I was not sure how long I had to stay due to my friend being in hospital. The room were very comfortable and many plugs and various lights The bathroom were efficient and practical. Loved the marble on the floors and in the bathrooms. Breakfast was a little limited but my hosts warmth and kindness made such a huge positive difference. For sure I will go back there"
