"We stayed in early January in a triple room. The hotel has recently been renovated and it had only just opened. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the Clotes lift and slopes - ideal for a short ski break. There is a sizeable ski room with heated boot warmers and plenty of space. Our room was large but lacked much storage. We had 2 small shelves, and a rail to hang clothes onto, but only 4 hangers - not ideal with ski kit and clothes for 3 people. The room...

"Best staff of any 5 star hotel either of us have ever stayed at. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional people skills. Left with the impression every staff member GENUINELY wanted to help you, as opposed to it just being their job.
