"We arrived the first night and didn’t you no where to go due to there being no sign on the property. The gate had a lock on it and a beware of dog sign on it, so we had to go pay to stay somewhere else the first night. When we asked the for owner for compensation she told us to go through Expedia and she wasn’t wiling to do anything. "We had a wonderful stay at the Rio Vista. The area is the most beautiful part of Jamaica and the views at the hotel, and especially the breakfast terrace, are absolutely breathtaking. The gardens are lush with gorgeous plants and flowers and we saw fireflies and hummingbirds and heard the tree frogs on an evening. Our 2 bed villa suited us as a family of 4 perfectly.
