"I tried repeatedly to contact the hosts in order to gain access to the property, both through messages and by phone but my calls were constantly hung up on. Absolutely terrible behaviour! We were 6 adults and 2 children and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute with no notice whatsoever. It was extremely stressful and unacceptable.
