"My initial impression was this property was going to be a downer. But when I got to my room, I was pleasantly surprised. Comfortable accommodations, mini fridge and microwave in-room, and a real coffee maker! TV has a good channel package including HBO. The pool was open, unfortunately I didn't have an opportunity to check it out. Overall, the High Desert Motel is a hidden gem. Very reasonable rates, clean rooms, nice amenities and great water pressure in the shower. I will be back! "

"9 palms was really colorful. We found that hilarious, and while the place is definitely not new And the park area could certainly be resurfaced, we received excellent service. The place was clean enough and for an inexpensive quick stay, we were very content. The room size is generous and the kitchen area was great to have."

"Amazing customer service. I didn’t see the checkin time windows and Ash stayed late to accommodate my fiancé and I. So sweet of her to take care of us as customers. Big room with full kitchen, pool, hot tub and comfortable chairs on patio to star gaze at night."

"This was an adorable stable! Either was a stable at one point or modeled after one, complete with the half door. Basic accommodation but clean and comfortable. No washcloths provided with towels and no kitchen linens. No onsite check in—phone ahead for the lock box combination. "

"Most times that I have stayed in this place the cottages were clean. This time it was not. I still enjoyed staying in this place. I like their settings and variety of camping sites, camper sites and choice of cottages. The pool was closed due to covid."
