"The place is so clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and peaceful to get away from the everyday hustle. Very few cars on the road so no worry about anything keeping you awake at night. Very comfortable beds and everything you can need to cook. Grill, pots and pans, and seasonings all provided. Great communication from the host and an overall good experience. "Amazing, perfect location. We could walk to Main Street for meals, lots of great restaurants minutes away. Oneonta Outlaws play at the ballpark you can literally watch from the front yard. Gas stations and grocery store close by. Perfect for parents staying for a Cooperstown week. About 25 min drive to the Dreams Park. Clean, smelled great, older-remodeled building but great stay! "

"This unit was booked for my wife and mother while my son and I played/stayed at ASV. Upon arrival and exploration of the surrounding neighbor, my family did not feel comfortable staying in the unit and relocated to a hotel. The interior does match its VRBO description. It was clean. Communication was good. Solid chance everything would have been fine but they felt like they could sleep better elsewhere."
