"It was a two night stay to visit Fontainbleau Chateau and the city of Fontainbleau. The chateau was well worth the visit but not the Chateau gardens which are in need of alot of work."

"I’ve never stayed in a hotel, where the staff make no attempt to greet the guests. We checked in late using the machine outside so the reception was closed, which I have no problem with. What I didn’t like is when I did finally see the receptionist and smiled, I was greeted with a blank stare. Not once, did the staff even try to acknowledge us which we found, very disappointing. Only person I care into contact with was the cleaner and that’s it! I think more basic amenities would be nice...

"Very friendly, family run hotel. Good value for money and so convenient to the Chateau and gardens. We arrived early and they kindly let us have our room rather than wait until 4:00 pm."

"It was a business trip, and it was recommended by the company we were visiting, but it was definitely not worth the money we paid, even though the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would not do it again."
