"O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro, e bastante charmoso. O quarto padrão tem bom tamanho e é confortável. O café da manhã é excelente.
Um ponto negativo foi o ar-condicionado: apesar de dizerem que estava ligado, não funcionou — felizmente conseguimos abrir a janela. Também sentimos falta de gentileza por parte dos atendentes: chegamos com muitas malas e ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar, o que não condiz com o padrão do hotel.

"The location is good to INSEAD, and 7-10 minutes walking to the city center.
The breakfast is not various !!!!
The room is big and clean.
The bed is comfortable."
