"The owners of the hotel have a golden heart. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean, the room service outstanding, everything functioning. We loved the family atmosphere. The hotel is situated on the canal within a walking distance from the beach, there are lots of dining options around, and it is easy to get out of the city quickly. A great value for money. "Avevo prenotato per tre notti, malauguratamente ho dovuto andare via un giorno prima, nonostante che al check in ho avvisato che sarei andato via anticipatamente ho dovuto pagare la terza notte completa , mi è stato detto che non esisteva neanche una penale. "This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

"It was a last minute stay as we couldn't drive back to Florence from a day of sightseeing. Despite the last-minute decision, the staff provided complimentary water, and our request for a very late check-in was accommodated. However, I found the arrangement of our double bed, which consisted of two single beds placed side by side, to be slightly uncomfortable. During the night, the mattresses tended to drift apart, creating a gap that caused discomfort. I would have preferred if the mattresses...
