"The address sent to us after booking and the address on the website is wrong! No one answers the phone. We arrived at 10 pm and were lost for a few hours. We met by chance a man in the street after midnight, who directed us and told us that we made a bad choice. After a 25 minutes drive, we had to pass through a police gate to get to the facility, and drive for another 10 minutes. It was dark and not a single person in the lobby. After 30 minutes of attempts, we had to leave and book another...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. The central location made everything so convenient and easy to explore. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back!"

"Nice hotel in a good location. Beautiful old building but maintained well. Bathroom was nice and the shower had great pressure."

"Clean, helpful staff, great breakfast Location is so convenient to ride the bus back and forth from the train station. Also it is located within walking distance to all tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops and everything"

"Nice place to stay "

"This boutique hotel is simply amazing. Beautiful and clean. The room was very comfortable. The property was simply amazing and the location could not be better. Extremely good value and wonderful service. "

"When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation had not been made and that I would have to pay again. The front desk employee spent most of the time on a WhatsApp video call and did not give me the attention I deserved as a guest. It was already 9:00 p.m., and they still could not locate my reservation. The way the situation was handled was very unpleasant, especially being asked to pay again for something I had already paid for. I even had to show proof of payment from my bank,...

"Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again. "

"El hotel fantástico y solucionadores . Lo recomiendo 100% . La aplicación de Hoteles.com un desastre no dieron mi número de teléfono al alojamiento , me han cobrado más que el alojamiento y no puedo tener factura por parte de la plataforma . Ojo con la plataforma"

"Great affordable place to spend a few days roaming Segovia, it met all our expectations, highly recommended!"

"The manager was most helpful and courteous. "

"We had an AMAZING time staying here. The restoration work was beautifully done, the grounds were comfortable and the town was charming. The staff went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed and were full of local knowledge. Everything was clean and the food was top notch. We preferred being in the countryside village, but still close to Segovia. Highly recommend."

"La atención personal fue excelente la buena disposición pero no es recomendable llegar día domingo ya que el personal está de descanso y se dificulta el check-in"
