"The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Hot shower. Helpful staff. The restaurant didn't start serving dinner until 8 pm. It was cafeteria style with very few options, but it was more convenient than going somewhere else because there isn't much nearby. The pharmacy vending machine was empty, but there were a couple others with snacks. The hostel is along the Camino Frances only 4 kilometers from the Santiago cathedral."

"El mejor hotel que he estado en mucho tiempo. La mejor atención por parte del staff. 100% + recomendado. El lugar está a 20 min en auto de Santiago de Compostela, y a 45 min de La Coruña, además se ubica en un bosque encantador y cuenta con unos jardines preciosos. Es un hotel pequeño, que parece una hacienda del siglo 16."

"The lady at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was incredibly cramped. There was almost no place to put anything and the bed covers look dirty. I would’ve appreciated a place to put my soap in the shower other than the floor."

"A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago. "

Everything was first class and it was about six miles from the hustle and bustle from the nearest town. Loved it. Highly recommended. "
