"I never received answers to my emails before arrival. I never received arrival instructions on the address or how to get in, The directions to the house take you to the neighbors house. When we called trying to find the right address, they never got back in touch with us. There are no window coverings on any of the windows, the water is sulfur and so it smells terrible between sulfur and rust, and there are mice. "
