"The property is divided into two buildings, the Inn side which I am assuming are your standard rooms and the Suites which is right across the street. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was great. It’s not fancy but suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and for being in the city really quiet. Black out curtains were a huge plus . It had a small two burner cooktop which we would have used if we were staying longer. Its close proximity to NW 23rd which is where they have amazing restaurants...

"Relatively clean & spacious room for the price. The shuttle will pick you up from the airport with no advance notice which is nice. Staff were friendly & helpful. Housekeeping did a great job. Part of my stay was w/out transportation & it’s in a rough area with not much of note around unless you walk 30 minutes. The laundry services are underwhelming, most of the machines were out of service & there is nowhere to get quarters to use them. No elevator so you might need to lug your baggage up a...

With a language barrier I left towels outside door in hallway because they will not give you another towel unless you exchange it for a dirty one they only supply 2 as it is. Went to the front desk explaining the situation and the employee there was rude did not believe that I left towels outside the door in the hallway and in not so many words accused me of lying I offered for employee to check my room for the towels and he said I guess I have to take...
