I stay here almost every year as I head north to escape the Texas heat. I stay here largely because it's on the Red Line. So itā€™s easy to get here from the airport. I then usually get a car the next day, again taking light rail to get there. The Inn is rather old, but they keep it really clean. The staff is good,but seem to keep busy so sometimes it's hard to get them to the front desk. Think the owners give them too many extra duties.

Place is dirty dead cockroachā€™s the water in the bathtub filled while in the shower didnā€™t feel comfortable showering even with shower shoes. We had to go down to reception few times cause our room key would stop working always long wait to get that fixed. The workers were good people but the property is far from that stay at your own risk

Exceptionally price this hotel is well located with a nice view of the city. Under new management it seems that they are trying to take a tired older facade and make improvements (painting, bedding, etc). The management and is extremely helpful and nice trying hard to accommodate their guest. I have stayed there at least five times and will continue to due so.

Check-in was slow, because the card reader was not working. I had to come down twice because my key didnā€™t work both times. Almost every time I came back to the hotel, my key did not work, and I had to come back down to get it fixed. The rooms were okay, just unfinished fixes, such as the mirror being on the ground and not on the wall. The shower pressure was good, but the drain was not draining the water fast enough. For convenience, I would recommend finding a different hotel around this price if you are on a budget. The location was very convenient, though. All the bus stops and light rails were very close to the hotel.

The location is ideal if you are attending an event at the convention center. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the WiFi didnā€™t work. Our room was noisy due to street noise and was out dated. Also, the hallway outside our room had broken ceiling tiles and was rundown.

The location is top notch. Very near Moda Center and nearby restaurants. The staff were very friendly but unfortunately the hotel is rundown and dilapidated. It really needs a major renovation. The bed was okay and I had a good nights sleep. The floor carpet had stains and the bathroom also had stains on the tiles. Didnā€™t risk taking a shower and left early the next morning.
