The refrigerator had water leaking from the freezer that needed defrosting, so we had to get towels and clean that up… When my son got in the shower we realized the shower gel holder was totally out of gel... I slept ok but my husband didn’t. He thought the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable... Breakfast was good and the front staff were friendly. "
