Friendly courteous staff quick check on and out..room was clean only complaint is. Desk chair was broken and we were in an accessible room...a lounge chair snd ottoman would have been perfect to sit in. Could not get the chair to stay up. Kept going down to floor.

The room was clean and staff was great but truthfully the hotel didn’t feel like it was in the safest area as well as the elevator scared me to the point I’d rather take the stairs. Breakfast was very minimal and a small area so seemed crowded.

We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes…

Maybe it was just an off night, but the TV remote couldn’t be programmed to the TV even after calling maintenance, so I was unable to change volume on TV. The Indoor pool was not really clean and the hot tub was blowing cold water.
