"My son got stuck in the bathroom. I picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk, no service. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk to tell them the problem, whoever answered the phone just laid it down. I could hear talking & the door chime. I held the phone for another minute or so before I hung up. I then walked to the front desk & told the attendant the problem. He said there was a complaint about that very door the day before. "Common areas were clean and inviting. Break items offered were hot and tasty but didn’t like being rushed by the attendant if you entered 10 minutes before closing. Booking online did not mention the no refundable pet fee of $75, would be helpful if this was mentioned. There was also a required $100 deposit for incidentals that was not mentioned as well. Overall a good hotel but rooms were dated and in need of painting, couches cleaned, etc"
