"If you don't mind driving back and forth on dusty bumpy roads and asking where the heck this place is over and over, then it might be ok for you if you are a surfer that doesn't mind substandard lodging. The outdoor bathrooms were dirty with no water and the room smelled like vapors coming from the uncorked sewer drains. The room is worth far less"

"Very nice hotel, very clean and affordable. Is in the heart of Catarina, the owners are super nice. Sometimes the receptionist is not in the lobby and the front door is locked, just go to the pharmacy 2 doors down, the owners live there and they will let you in."

"The hotel has beautiful views, wonderful staff (Tom and Marvin), and great food. It would be nice if hot water was available for showering. All of the water was salty as well.
