"The location in the city centre was perfect The hotel is under refurbishment"

"Don't do it! The ratings are fake...it's dirty, dusty and smelly. Not fit for purpose."

"Clean and friendly hotel with lovely staff"

"We stayed 3 nights. There was 2 double beds .No where to seat .Only on Beds The bathroom wasn't great we couldn't shower properly its needs updating. We are elderly couple. So no way we will stay there again. I've been to Liverpool many times but this one was the worst. The Breakfast was terrible and cup of teas was cold .So a big no for us"
