Supermarket right next to the train station or half way to the hotel there is a gas station . You can buy big bottles of water there any food . "An old hotel, although clean and all worked well. A great stay for the money. Across the road from the railway station, and about a 15 minute walk to the old town. A good breakfast, good shower, no safe in the room."

If you are looking for a room for a comfortable nights sleep but aren’t too fussed about “full service” hotels a good choice to make."

"Our room was very clean and the location is excellent for tourists like us. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. We had no difficulty with leaving our key whenever we went out and picking it up on our return. The shower, etc. worked just fine. We were allowed to store our luggage for a couple hours after checking out. We plan to stay here again if we return to Brussels. Oh! And there’s good coffee right next door at Cliff’s. "

"We stayed 2 nights on a short family visit. Amin at reception was great and very welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in time and were offered bag storage so we could start exploring the city until the room was ready. The room offered was basic but very clean with crisp white linen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The next day, while we were out, the room was again cleaned, beds made and the towels replaced with spotless fresh ones. We slept well and didn't notice any excessive noise...

"Basic hostal with basic accomodations, for being a first timer in a european hostal, it was a little shocking to get your own sheets for example..location was good, close to a metro station and 20 minutes walk from the city centre"
