"Close proximity to the airport. There was an elevator for higher levels. Room was comfortable for what I needed. I did book a shuttle. Unfortunately, the driver called out. The staff accommodated my needs by booking an uber on their expense. I enjoyed talking to the morning clerk."

"The hotel was in a great location for the many museums, Broadway Street, etc. (walking distance). Good breakfast, very clean rooms, snacks available to purchase & coffee bar. The only negative was the quality of the food served in the restaurant on the 7th floor. "

"The breakfast seemed to have run its course by 7 am, so if you'd like to have any of the eggs, be sure to grab them early. Otherwise the options are toast and cereal. If all you need is coffee, they'll have you covered, but the juice dispenser was out of order. Room condition was as to be expected: acceptable. The fridge rattled and the curtain was missing a hook so the exterior light shone through the spaces all night."

"Wonderful staff! A great potential for improvement in the oroperty. Some upgrades would provide more chance for a higher rate. New linens, attention to decor repairs, breakfast options, some artwork! Need a decorator to reasses color scheme. "

"The hotel check-in is at 2 PM and they were friendly, room was clean. Even the fire escape, which I sometimes take for exercise was clean. Hot Breakfast was good. Highly recommended and I would stay here again!!"

"Check-in process was smooth. Housekeeping on the other hand came knocking at our door even with the sign hanging on the doorknob to give us privacy. I was tired and wanted a few more moment to relax but she kept banging on the door. When we opened, she asked us if we were checking out. Would have been nice for her to ask the front desk rather than having us respond to the door."

"The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok if you stay more then 1 day you will have to ask for room to be cleaned the rooms were cleaned and beds were comfortable "

"Even though there is clear signs of no smoking my sister and I got sick smelling marijuana in the hallways and through the vents in our room mostly near entrance and bathroom, my sister got very sick and has been having a horrible cough from the time we were there and even after arriving home in Illinois she has been experiencing cough and I been having horrible headaches. We left previous hotel in Memphis for similar reasons so this has been a nightmare trip."
