"We arrived and the room we were given was not the view or size that we booked. We were verbally comped the first night stay and received the correct room the following day. "The staff was great, but they should let you know before booking that the pool will be down all summer. I've stayed here before, and I love it specifically for the pool, woyhout the bougie price. It was a major disappointment because I told all my family to bring swimsuits. Hotels.com should clearly state that the pool is down because i should have booked elsewhere."

"This place was great for a one night stay during Barefoot Country Music Fest. It was clean and the shower, toilet, AC, and TV all worked perfectly. The staff member who checked us in and out, Gandhi, was very kind and helpful. When we decided we wanted to stay in Wildwood for an additional night, but there were no vacancies at Mango, he referred us to the Vibes Hotel, which is owned by the same people.
