The staff here are excellent, with a real passion for this beautiful, historic hotel. I love it for its vintage vibe. The restaurant, Twenties is very good and the Vue offers delicious drinks and snacks with a great view out over the boardwalk and ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was quiet, clean, and up to date with good linens and towels and comfortable bed. The rooftop VUE bar was quite pleasant. On a Tuessday night, there were no adequate restaurants open either in this hotel or in nearby casinos. We made do with good quality snacks at VUE bar. Lobby, elevators, and long passageways to the garage looked threadbare. We enjoyed the Curator's Tour and organ concert at Boardwalk Hall, but the rest of Atlantic City was quite depressing, and even frightening.

I love the front check in staff they was wonderful very helpful and respectful. However I was not satisfied with the two rooms I booked neither one had been cleaned there was only one towel and one wash cloth in the each room the room doors was dirty it had food and trash on it the fridge was dirty I had to go down to the front desk and asked for a vacuum so I could clean my two rooms the lady and the desk informed me they didn’t have one that I could use but house keeping would come and clean them the didn’t come the next day it was the same issue house keeping only came to bring a towel and remove the trash I was very un pleased with this

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is centrally located and close to the beach; plus, Bally's Casino is right next door, and there are restaurants on-site (including a donut shop). And there is an indoor pool .You should be aware that parking costs $15 per day, and you may have to wait up to 30 minutes for the elevators—especially when there are events taking place. The beds are on the small side, and—most importantly—the rooms do not have microwaves
