"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。 施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。 もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。 この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"

"We needed to stay in the Iwakuni area to visit family. The Sun Hotel in Otake gave us a great location; easy walk to the train station for getting to Iwakuni, Miyajima Island and Hiroshima. It was also an easy walk to restaurants in Otake, and a short cab ride to Simose Art Museum. The property was well maintained, clean, and we enjoyed the Japanese breakfast buffet. The best part of the stay was the incredibly helpful, friendly, and thoughtful staff. I cannot express how wonderful they were...

"The room was in a beautiful location overlooking the Kentai Bridge. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Had a very authentic Japanese Inn feel, really enjoyed this place. The breakfast was definitely traditional Japanese."
