We were very anxious as we had to leave soon to catch our train, but the hotel staff went out of their way to quickly find it and return it to me within only a few minutes. The receptionists and housekeeping were both incredibly accommodating and kindhearted - really enjoyed our stay here."

"Hotel is located in a very convenient area. Metro stations nearby - 0.2 miles from each Strasbourg-Saint Denis - lines 4, 8 & 9 and Réaumur-Sébastopol - lines 3 & 4. It is walkable to the Louvre (about 15 minutes walk). The hotel has a restaurant; we enjoyed breakfast there. There are also many other dining options nearby; however, the area does not feel touristy. Hotel has A/C and a small elevator, so we did not have to carry the luggage up the stairs. The staff is fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. "
