"The layout of the place was really cool. All the best appliances and furniture. Great fold out sofa bed. My gripes were dirty patio area with lots of flies. Area behind bedroom window had lots of trash and dust under the bed. "

"This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!"

"The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. "We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

"Very convenient to many Philly must sees. Right across from Reading Terminal Market, on the same street as the Constitution Center, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall all within a 10-15 minute walk. City Hall and Market Street close by and convenient to SEPTA stops and terminals. Could use a few more towels and kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable."

The only real complaints were the floor was dirty, the toilet in the main bathroom leaked a little water whenever you sat on it, and the clothes washer handle felt like it would come off at any moment. Also the lounge was very convenient but not well stocked and the main TV in there didn't work. Overall these didn't have a major impact on our stay and the place fit us well. "This was a perfect location for us to attend the Flower Show 2 blocks away at the Convention Center. Everything was walkable. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. There could be a bit more supplies offered. Only 1 towel per person and no washcloths. Also the kitchen was pretty sparse as well, ie; only 2 wine glasses etc. The condo could stand a good deep clean as well. Surface clean but don’t look too close."
