We called for early checkin and was told we could come as ealry as noon if we wanted at no extea charge. Id assume this would normally be based off occupancy. Cons** Our room's thermostat kept making a high pitched whistling noise intermittently, BUT we called maintained they arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The elevators are very small and since we were in the North building on the 9th floor, the walk seemed so long to get back to the downstairs lobby once we got off the elevators.
