"Bedding and the bedroom was great. Quirky bathroom but perfectly functional. No lift so lots of stairs to get to second floor bedroom. Jaded entry and main staircase but don’t let it out you off. Staff are fantastic"

"The hotel was in a very good location, right by the shops, parks and other interests in Cheltenham town centre. Can’t fault the easy location. The hotel is good, staff were excellent and very helpful - they went above and beyond. The only thing to be completely transparent about is the hotel is on a main road and is going to be noisy - NOT THE HOTEL’S FAULT! Nothing can be done about this so if you’ve never been to this hotel before please be ready to get woken by sirens from emergency service...

"Great staff, nice breakfast, free tickets to the miniature land. Likely parking lot will be full during the day but there is a public car park to the left (4 minute walk) and out by the Coop which is about a 7 minute walk. "

"Lovely clean room! The room was ready before the time stated which was great. It was a little bit noisy as it's joint in with the chip shop but that doesn’t go on till late. Amazing how they offer breakfast delivered to your rooms which was incredible. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back if we are in the area. Thank you!"
