"We stayed at the raddison last year and ot was amazing...had to be my favourite hotel.we paid to upgrade to a superior superking, river view. I have to ssy i was a little disappointed, red wine stains on the carpet beside the bed really dirty grounting in the shower room/tiolet. The rubber stopper on the door stop was missing, so the glass door rattled. Its not massive complaints but it just seemed like standards ate slipping and its a bery pricey hotel..the staff as always were amazing, but...

"The property has lots of public transport options . But the main highlight is its staff. I was greeted by hotel staff Kate who was so lovely. I had some medical issues and she went above and beyond to check me in early and made sure my room had the necessary facilities to keep me comfortable. Such staff deserve a medal for their excellence "
