"We loved this hotel! Very very clean, and the staff was very friendly and kind. Location was great, it is a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. It is a very safe neighborhood with bakeries and cafes nearby. Front desk staff was able to accommodate our room to be ready earlier than our check in, which was nice. We booked a triple room, and it had plenty of room for 3 people to unpack and sleep comfortably. They also provide free refreshments and snacks in the lobby after 2pm. Only problem...

Unfortunately the room assigned was not as advertised ( i referrered to it as an attic/broom cupboard) and could not be swapped out as Front Desk is not 24/7 But this is where the hotel really stepped up next day, they made an arrangement for another single room and swapped me with no hassles.
