"Bom . No Geral não tenho nada a reclamar . Só ente Elogiar o hotel . Desde a chegada até a saída tudo perfeito. Quarto . Café da manhã. Piscina . Sauna. Limpeza . Atendimento dos funcionários em geral . Principalmente da Recepção. Somente uma informação que realmente não entendi o porquê. O banheiro foi projetado da forma que é . Está maneira dos boxs serem separados. Sem ventilação. . Se vc viaja com uma pessoa e fica no mesmo quarto é muito estranho utilizar o banheiro. Ter que sair e entrar...

"Localização boa mas sem condições alguma de hospedagem. Lugar velho, com janelas de madeira vazada que dá para ouvir até a formiga andando na rua. Chuveiro horrível. Foi Penas uma noite e não víamos a hora de amanhecer para poder ir embora, uma pena."

O café d a manhã tem uma boa variedades de frutas, salgados etc. As acomodações são bem limpas, os banheiros são são bem antigos. Mas valeu, o custo beneficio e excelente, para ir ao centro da cidade pode ir a pé e curtir pelo curto caminho a beleza da natureza. "

"The room was ckean, the bed was firm and very comfortable. Wifi was decent. Breakfast was nice, but lacked gluten-free options. The floor in our room was heated, which was a big plus as it was winter. "

"We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible.."

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."
