"We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible.."

Não tivemos um comunicado sobre isso e todos foram pegos de surpresa. Questionando na recepção, não souberam informar o motivo nem previsão para arrumar.
Para o uso, tínhamos que pegar o cesto de lixo, encher de água na torneira da pia e ir abastecendo a caixa d’água do banheiro para então termos uma descarga para uso. Lamentável."

"This is the best place to stay in Campos, offering a wonderful mountain atmosphere. The piano room is fantastic, featuring special performances each evening. Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine.
Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels.
Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool
Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play
Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job
Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night
Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends
Only very few negatives
Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains
Take your own iron
Laundry can get expensive
