"The hotel is very clean and maintained upto very good standards. Location is very good as it is about 10mins away from Jalandhar City Railway Station. It has a small pool for relaxation. The only issue we had was that we booked an executive room for 4 people and there was a restriction of wifi for 3 devices only per room and e had like 8 devices. We’ve travelled a lot but have never seen a restriction of devices especially for a hotel of this standard."

"I stayed in this hotel with my family in february. The hotel room was amazing and so spacious even with a rollaway bed too. on the first night we had a problem with the shower leaking. The staff straight away moved us to another room. We had a little problem with the tv and reported this. Within 5 minutes someone came to asess the problem. "Property was clean but it could do with more indepth cleaning i.e. ensuring each table was cleaned thoroughly and glasses were cleaned in dining area. I saw a bug walking on the table and in between the tissues. Wasn't much to do within walking distance so had to travel in car or 3 wheeler. Bathroom was a slight let down as toilets were never thoroughly cleaned and there were cobwebs by curtains and rotting wood. Mini fridge was giving off heat so had it replaced. "Friendly and professional staff. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. Black mould in my bathroom, mattress had spring coming out of it. Funky and dangerous looking exposed wiring behind bed. Windows don’t close, poor air circulation in corridors Restaurant was the only amazing thing about the hotel. "
