Good hotel.Excellent staff. Very polite and extremely helpful. Couldn't do enough for you. Looking forward to my next visit. One suggestion. There should be two bedside cabinets on either side of the bed. Our room had only one. Also, for the benefits of those who don't have mobile, hotel should provide printed menu as well. RS Bains

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Hotel in Jalandhar! I booked the Maharaja Suite, expecting a premium stay and a luxurious experience, but what I encountered was absolutely pathetic. The towels were dirty, and the curtains had holes in them. If this is the condition of their premium suite, I can only imagine the state of their standard rooms. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic manners and professionalism. The overall experience was far below expectations and completely unworthy of the money charged. My advice: Don’t waste your hard-earned money here. A premium suite should offer cleanliness, comfort, and courteous service—not disappointment and poor hygiene.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and never disappoints .The service and food here is excellent.The staff is polite and everyone here is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel, one of the best hotels in Jalandhar.

The Maya Hotel for me was a great place to stay from the welcoming staff to everyone and everything.. myself and husband enjoyed my 10 days first in Jalandhar India. Feedback: 1.There was no micro wave in the room to warm food, although they asked us to call for home service. I think something are meant to be private... 2. We had to call to turn on hot water..they should have informed us that they turn off hot water at 11th-hour.

Fantastic stay

The staff let us check in early for free. The breakfast was mouth watering. The staff took good care of us. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The hotel is close to the malls, bazaars and places to eat. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
