"This lovely quiet property is a modern renovation of a very old building. The age is obvious on the outside, but inside it is very new, without removing the character entirely. In other words a nice sensitive renovation. It is in the heart of old Kinsale tourist area, very convenient, but the streets are quiet in mid October. "The apartment was semi clean and the bedding should be upgraded to the standards of travel for guests. It is centrally located in the town but for the price we paid it should have been a nicer stay. Also, there were no accommodations to wash your clothes and this was a disappointment with the amount of rain in the area."

"Nice house, little bare bones but did the job and took care of our family. The rooms are as pictured and the beds were comfortable. The layout is nice and simple with a good open kitchen / living room with a nice TV to watch shows or play board games in. The owners were understanding and communicated through the app within hours, we never saw them personally but the key was right where they said and easy to get to and use. Good people. Beautiful view of the Sea/Ocean from front yard. Cottage is very close to the Sea but not a waterfront property- you have to walk or drive down to it. Very nice stay for me and my mom - we really enjoyed the property."

"The host was unfriendly and hadn't turned heat on so was very cold. Kitchen and bathroom had no heat. Terrible shower and refrigerator was worthless owner told us a stick in the freezer.
