"The room smell like dust bathroom smells horrible. It looks clean, but it smells very bad. You can even stay there the air conditioner when you turn them on I feel like they’re blowing dust. We start sneezing the minute we turned them on. It was really bad. A reservation room for Haram view when I get there, they told me it’s in the first floor. so they change it to a different room and the ninth floor, but I have to wait for like 45 minutes."

"I don't like the fact thst they gave us quater beds. It's too low for this type of Hotel. It's too disappointing for thrm to give us quater beds for the prize we paid."
