"The biggest advantage is the proximity to the airport. Check-in was OK but the staff could improve on their communucations. On-site Costa coffe had no food around 10pm except few cookies etc. We stayed for one night during our layover. Room was OK, nothing fancy but was good for a night sleep and recharge. We had booked breakfast package and it was pretty good. We also used room service for dinner and the food was good with fast delivery. While thw free airport shuttle is a good service...

"Hotel was super nice staff was super professional breakfast was at the correct temperature I liked everything about the hotel they gave me the VIP double upgrade so I had an a balcony with a water view. They were very nice to me. The room was in great condition I could use the pools at all three hotels the Crowne plaza the Radisson and the park in n. Hotel even told me about transfers to the mall. Hotel was perfect and close to the airport. I was very pleased with my selection."

"The hotel staff didn't allow me to check in 2 hours earlier of and had to talk to them nicely. But later they upgraded the my room to suite one. The room is very nice and clean. The cleaning crews were nice and did a great job. The staff helped me to get the baggages in and out. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. I still prefer the hotel front should allow to check in few hours earlier. Thanks again."

"Great hotel about a half mile from the water front. Dunkin donuts around the corner and 5 minutes walk from Starbucks and next to a small park with fountains. I was very happy. Room a bit dated but big and spacious."

"The Hotel does not have parking facilities so finding a parking after 9pm is a nightmare. The parking around the hotel area is Residential parking after 9pm and you need to get a permit to park in the common parkings on the road. Service was too slow and everytime we had to request for the daily water and coffee which was supposed to be in the room. "
