A special thanks to Rupa, who arranged a really good room for me and also kindly provided a late check-out, which made my stay even more relaxing. Her warm and professional attitude truly stood out. "Great city break. Loved how quiet the spa was, I often had it to myself. Staff were very accommodating to all requests. Often nice surprises in the room as we went during the Eid holiday period. Lovely little pastry shop downstairs. Access into the galleria mall and Cleveland clinic. Breakfast selection was great too, healthy options and fruit juice shots freshly made were my favourites and all the usual such as an egg station. I would say the stand out was the service. You always felt like the most important guest there. We are certainly going back."
