"It was quite disappointing because no one told us that there is no reception during the night. We had trouble with our flight and we arrived very late. The restaurant next door was about to close and we decided to ask. The restaurant staff gave us the key. Nobody came to clean our room in the entire 3 nights of stay. People come and go in the rooms next door during the night and you an hear the doors. We can hear cars early morning from the back that can disturb during the our sleep. "

"The rooms were poorly cleaned, and needed maintenance, part of the interior in the room was hanging loose off the walls, a board intended to protect a heater from being touched by children. No on-site parking. Parking in a parking garage across the street is expensive and seemed too small to fit the large mini bus we were driving. I had to walk 4 blocks to park at a aquatic center, parking there was cheap. Beautiful surroundings and a pretty town. I’m breakfast was ok, Lack of separate bread...

"Very simple accommodation, check in restricted to 3-5pm (after which it closes) and zero WiFi signal. Bathroom was very basic and we had to put the sheets on ourselves. At the end of the stay they had to be removed, everything washed up and rubbish taken away. I'm not against this concept, but not for 700kr a night, out of season. This also wasn't made obvious when booking. For an extra 200-300kr you can stay in a decent hotel, including breakfast which made this very poor value in comparison....

"It was cute and had magical surroundings. however, there was a lot of noise pollution from other guests either really early when families were on their way to breakfast or sometimes at night. there was always kids screaming, crying or running around in the hallways or in their hotel rooms which made it hard to sleep. The water from the tap was almost always warm no matter what you do. we had to fill our waterbottles and put them outside so we could have cold water to drink. it wasnt until the...

"This place is wonderful! Excellent value for money. Super friendly staff. The spa is really nice. Absolutely loved it :) Breakfast was great too. We stopped by here for a couple of nights while driving up to Norway from Berlin and it was a great place to recharge."
