Easy drive to go out for dinner to multiple charming towns and villages. Very friendly and helpful staff, good continental breakfast. We liked it so much we decided to stay 2 extra nights. Good place to base yourself and explore the region."

"The positives - the room was clean (aside from the cobwebs); the linen was clean; the kitchen was well equipped; and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The big negative - the accommodation was small, tired, dated and drab. To be honest - a bit depressing to stay in and very much low budget end. The outside future was co weed in algae and tired. The paths and room patio were covered in unswept hedge trimming and messy. The photos on the website make it look much nicer than it actually...

"What a lovely hotel to stay for a few days and explore the local area. Our room was very clean and comfortable with aircon and a minibar. The pool area was stunning and a perfect place to cool down in the recent heatwave. Christine was so welcoming and suggested different places to visit whilst we were there. Yes it’s up a hill but really not too bad to walk back up from the town if you take it steady. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarlat."

"This charming hotel is well located off the highways and town in a lovely residential area. Peace and quiet but just 10- minutes drive from Sarlet. The large terrace off the dining room provides an ideal dining area with a beautiful views across the Vally. Professional and personal services from every members of the staff made my four night stay a delight. Fine dining from breakfast till dinner. It also seemed to be a favorite spot for the locals too. "Central location was good plus adequate parking. The hotel showed signs of age and need for upgrade. The room (twin beds) was reasonably furnished with good view and comfortable beds; pillows and blankets rather dated and unsuitable for the summer months. Only two coffee pods provided and no bottled water. The bathroom very much in need of a makeover; the bath shower hose had no wall fixing and barely adequate toiletries. Overall, suitable for a one-night stay in Les Eyzies."
