"As a pet friendly property I would have expected a grassy area vs mulch. Very disappointed that I had to walk over to the adjacent property to find a small strip of grass. The breakfast space very small and then congested with folks trying to maneuver. Lacked plates, utensils and bowls. Learned later that 3 people called out so very understaffed due to that. Would recommend a 2nd door in bathroom area for privacy from bedroom space. "

I did one load of laundry and noticed plumbing was duct taped together and held up by yellow electrical wire and had negative fall.
