"Conheço Hotel, já fiquei hospedado em outras oportunidades. Entrega bastante pelo valor da diária. Entrada com os Pinheiros crescendo esta ficando bonito. Tem uma 2 redes e uma área externa interessante. O café é muito bom, pode melhorar com requeijão, queijo minas e mais 2 ou 3 máquinas de esquentar pão. Estacionamento excelente. Recepção é funcionários prestativos. Quartos de baixo não gostei, não pode abrir cortina, as pessoas passam e ficam olhando dentro do quarto. Acústica dos quartos são...

"The room was ckean, the bed was firm and very comfortable. Wifi was decent. Breakfast was nice, but lacked gluten-free options. The floor in our room was heated, which was a big plus as it was winter. "

"We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible.."

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."
