"This is an older premises, so the decor and condition reflect that. I stayed in room 9, the bed was a bit too soft for me and the height on the shower head could not be changed (too low for me). Otherwise the room was okay. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking in car park at rear."

"This is a lovely historic property with a top-notch chef/kitchen. Food was probably the best feature. Beautiful interior spaces. Comfortable room except for the noise outside—our room was right next to the road, snd because of how old the building is there’s no sound mitigation. So it felt like the passing vehicles and people on the street were right in our room! I would stay here again if I could get a room in another location not right next to the street."
