"This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out."

"The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"

Buffet food is left out uncovered so I didn’t have much of it after seeing bar flies on the fruit. No window as such in the room but loved how quiet it is with no street noise at all. Water splashes out of shower every use but water falls to drain outside so it’s not a huge deal. No early checkin here and they charge extra...
