Better than expected

Great stay! The room was clean and exactly as described. The location is outstanding and made getting around very easy. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Staff are very friendly especially Mia from the customer services department, she never hesitate to support and offer help . Highly recommended

My family and I have stayed here multiple times and have always had a great experience. It is newly renovated and clean. The staff there are very helpful as well. I recommend this place to all travelers.

Recently we just back from our 1st trip to Hanoi. We stayed at the Sunway Hanoi hotel as it was recommended by my friends and we read some of the reviews beforehand. It’s located in a great location right in the city but also near some trendy shops around hotel. It is clean and as everyone has said in the reviews the staffs are just fantastic.
