"Excellent hotel right outside of the ferry quay and train station so super convenient for arrivals and departures. The double room was plenty big enough for a one night stay, nice new industrial type decor, and spotlessly clean with a nice comfy bed. Would definitely stay again! "

Beds a little on the soft side and only 1 pillow available.However place very clean with the exception of a bad stain on the chair which I covered up with a towel before sitting on. Bit of a disaster checking in, had to wait until 16:45 for a key as it was a big change over day. It was unfair on the reception staff, just 1 person early and late shift. They need more staff on when its cruise change-over . They did provide free coffee and a bit of cake but it didnt...

"We had the windowed corner all the way at the top during "midnight summer". You can see it in the hotel picture. The view was fantastic! It was sunny 24/7 which was truly amazing. There was no AC and once of the windows was locked so there couldn't be any cross draft. There was a fan, though. It was hot in there even though the outside temp never rose above 65° outside. Hotel breakfast was extensive and delicious but a scrum of people every day. Hotel staff were very nice people but...
