"The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...
