"The rooms and the property is well maintained. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. My daughter cannot handle spicy food, thank you to the chefs and the service to provide food on special requests! The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great views! There is also a food court very close by if needed. Overall, a great stay! Thank you! PS: they do not accept international cards at the hotel yet, please make sure you have other means to pay if needed!"

"This hotel is set up high near what is called The Mall which is a long retail street. You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a good restaurant and importantly the location is great to walk to points of interest."

"In the site of Expedia it is mentioned that the location of the hotel is in Shimla But the hotel is far away even 15 KM away from kufri. The rooms are not good the flush of the toilet is not functioning we have to wait more than an hour to got it repaired . "Food was good. Overall good service for the food staff. Good choices in the budget. The room was terrible. First I was assigned a last back room which was congested. I requested a different room which I got immediately. However the view was terrible. I was overlooking some building construction next door. Not worth for a hill station visit. Also I had paid for superior double room. I was told this is not a double room you get single room with large bad."
